Wow!! Nice pic's love the Falcon and the Impala SS, I went to a Mustang show today, and it was BORING.
They look nice but all you need to have for a car like those is money and other people that know how to work on cars. don’t get me wrong there "shiny".... but my respect goes to the cars that was dragged out of the weeds, having money to restore it from living on TV diners, and the car is fueled by blood sweet and tears. Not "$$$"
I'm sorry but it takes a certain amount of money to restore anything...especially if you drag it out of the weeds. I didn't pay anybody to do anything on my blue Mav but I still have quite a bit of money in it. Many of us on here do our own restoration work and work with what we have. But if you're gonna play...ya gotta pay.
You were "Right" on the dial up! Very nice pix's! I also went showing this weekend to two shows one on Sat. & one on Sun. The Sat. show had 59 cars over all 21 in my class, the Sun. show had 201 cars 28 in my class (both had only one Maverick, mine!) Now I'm not a $$$$ + car but I am going to tell you my car does SHINE & I have grown to like the taste of TV dinners. It didn't come out of the weeds but did come in pieces & alot of blood , sweat & tears got me a "Shiny" show car. Now because I have that car & it shines & wins trophys "Please" don't lump me in with the $$$ cars that the "Owner" did nothing but write the check!
