I know some of you guys have been here before but I trying to find the right size tool to remove the seat belt bolts. I haven't been able to find the correct size from the local dealers, Any ideas?

They don't want you to have it because the gov't knows better than you do (as a resposible adult) and wants to force you into wearing seat belts..... Even if you are going to replace them with safe more modern ones, they don't trust that you will do that, so they won't make the tool to take them out available to you, as a mere mortal Adult citizen of a FREE country. LOL :rofl2:

still trying to find the answer

I tried one of those and it was so loose it started striping out the bolt. I've reading some other forums and they say that there is a T500 out there that is the correct size? I think they said it was a Mack tool? or one of the other profressional tool companys. Has anyone heard of that?

Just checked it's a T50, That's what I used to remove all mine with. it's also the size for adjusting door latch posts on newer fords.

Cheap torx = stripped stuff. Use quality torx, as well as allen. I have seen huge differences in my life on that stuff. But just like it screws stuff up, I have had it fit stuff it shouldnt, and get the job done. If all else fails, weld the damn torx to the bolt and take it out that way.
