Nobody is going to repop something like that. No demand. You should be able to find what you need in a salvage yard or one of the guys on this board. There should be lots of p/s pulleys available. It doesn't even have to be the same exact diameter as long as the shaft size is the same. You can change belt lengths if you need to.
Post a wanted ad on here...somebody can surely help you out.

Here is a picture of the outer frame rails, or covers as they are being called, which are being reproduced by Joe's group. They still need to attach the bumper mounting plate. These are for the big bumper cars. Small bumper cars are to follow.

Looks like an NOS frame, shock tower, and inner fender assembly. You don't see too many of those NOS...

I picked up that part for my Stallion,,,turned it over to the fab shop to make the frame rails,, inner and outer,,,, and the aprons front and back,, Coming from a perfect factory part,,, I figured that we would have perfect reproductions,, we are not going to do a shock tower,,,,but every thing else we are,,, all the frame parts will be reproduced,,,, rear rails as well,,, and a rear shackle mount repair kit for the rear frames that rot out...

    Cowl vent repair panels

I posted under the tech article about the repair, is there a mesh material that could work to prevent the future buildup of debris around the vents? Could it be built into the exterior panel, or tabs installed that would hold plastic mesh material in place, maybe included in a kit for this panel? I think being such a labor intensive repair, this would be a welcome improvement, could extend the life of the vehicle twice as long, especially if you've ever been in the situation when your straight six outlasts the torque boxes and floorpans....could save dozens from the crusher

Yes....a wire mesh type of product applied to the INSIDE of the cowl vent opening while the repair is being made would be a good idea. I am sure some type of metal mesh is out on the market. I really don't see alot of people doing this because:

    1. The people who go to the expence and trouble of repairing their cowl probably will not be driving this car as a daily driver....so the likelyhood of anything getting back down in the cowl is slim.

    2. Some owners have just elieminated the cowl openings all-together when they make this repair, and that is a popular option

Mustang supply houses sell a cowl type cover that attaches and reattaches easily. Something like this could easily be made for a Maverick. The ones I have seen are made from a clear plexiglass.

I have also seen a flexible magnet material used. Paint it body color, cut to size, and just stick it on.
