Hi everyone! My name is Debbie and I'm in Ohio. I joined this group to hopefully pick some of your brains! There, I confessed!! lol My husband passed away in December and I inherited his 1970 Maverick. It's been sitting in our garage for the last 20 years and I figure it's time to sell it. Problem is, he had no idea what to ask for it and I've got even less of an idea!! I tried to upload a pic of it, but apparently the file size is too large. Here's what he told me about it: 1970 Ford Maverick 1966 289 Engine bored .030 over Ford Motorsport Cam M6250-A312 Balanced Crankshaft Roller timing chain at 2° Advance 7 qt oil pan and windage tray High Volume oil pump Dual coil valve springs Hardened Retainers and push rods 1.6 to 1 comp cams roller rockers with screw in studs and guide plates Hardened valve keepers EdelBrock intake manifold and 600 cfm Holly Carb vac secondaries Holly 7 psi Holly Fuel Pump Petronix Electronic Conversion Dist. Welcome to the board. Sorry for your loss. It sounds like a very nice car. It's very hard to determine a price without seeing pictures of the car. Hopefully someone on here can help you post them. Good luck.
Welcome to the forum and so sorry for your loss. Since it is a 1970 we know it is a 2 door. These threads will help on posting pictures. http://mmb.maverick.to/showthread.php?t=28499 http://mmb.maverick.to/showthread.php?t=23262

lol I don't know much about cars, that's why I married a mechanic! And I can't trust my memory, so he wrote that all down for me.
