    I had been wanting to make a similar style hood but have it look more like the hoods on the C6-R race corvettes and have it be functional. I would make a shroud for the radiator then place a push style electric fan on the front side of the radiator and the hood would be made to where it met up with the radiator shroud so all the hot air would be forced out of the engine bay.

    15 or so years ago I put 71 cuda scoops into a maverick hood.I think it is still in one of my buildings.If I can find it,I'll try to post pics.Never could decide if Iliked it or not.

    that hood needs to be sent to be molded and made out of carbon fiber and the scoops need to be functional to help dump the radiator heat like described above
