Does anyone know if there is somewhere to get a replacment fuse box? We went to replace a fuse, and the thing was so rusted out, the tabs fell apart to dust.........

or is there a way to just repair what we have? Has anyone here done this?

    Thanks!

Many years ago I removed the factory fuse block, removed the fuses, cleaned the contacts and soldered extension wires to the fuse clips, then reinstalled the block to the firewall. The extended wires allowed me to mount a new fuse block on the tray to the left of the steering column where it's easy to get at.

We'll be home. Let me know what day.... If you have an extra great! I think it got rusted out from the leak of the cowl. Since you were up, we've had the car tuned, the exhaust done, and the transmission rebuilt....We still have quite a ways to go though........

    Move Upgrade?

Has anyone done an upgrade to the fuse box, and switched to the blade type? How big a deal is this? We're also wondering if the fuse box can be moved to another location, and where would be ideal.

    Looking for ideas.....

    Thanks!
