centered gas tank

    has anyone tried to center the gas tank on their mav?... i know it was offset to make room for the muffler but its kinda awkward with duals... i was thinkin about cuttin the whole floor out and centering it all up... any suggestions or is it a bad idea?

    yeah ive already looked at a mustang conversion... and like jamie said it wont work on mine... i really like the drop in design so im gonna have to hack away at something either way to get it to work... maybe i could get a tank from a 70 stang and expand (aka cut and reweld everything haha) to get it centered in the trunk

    I have 2 1/2 inch pipes out the back on my 70 with the stock tank.
