There is a bracket on the interrior floor pan for the bucket seat cars, but I havent heard anyone ever mention needing it to mount buckets in a non bucket car.

Hardest part is finding a deal on a set of Maverick bucket seat tracks.
Use the search feature plenty of threads about seat installation.

I bought a set of Mustang seats and am making them fit. the floor is at 4 different heights so there are spacers on 3 of the legs. Just close up the old holes and make new ones for the new seats.

I just bought '66 mustang seats which I'm gonna try to make fit. I've done it before using newer mustang seats into a 73 mav so I know it's not gonna be that tough.

    ...to answer your question...YES.

BUT: i would...take notes as to how the NEW SEATS sit in the orginal car...angle of tilt front to back and any side to side. also the seat bottom hight is important... make sure you have them mounted high enough to be able to see out the windshield...
make sure the ...seat track has enough travel for your car...
position the seat track as to be in the middle of travel at your driving position. :yup:

most important to me...make sure the seats compliment the car...
i hate walking around a car show and hearing..."them seats came out of a Honda Civic" or..."i had a Bronco with thoes same seats"...

    ...:Handshake...

I went to the local metal salvage yard and found some aluminum bar stock. The rear to front inner spacer ratio is 2 to 1 so use 2 spacers for the rear and one for the front. The bar stock was almost exactly the same thickness as the original spacers. They will also spread out the load and reducing any fatigue on the floor board area. Use a level across the front to shim as necessary, then do the same for the rear.
