    Truck Lite has come out with a new 7'' round LED head light check it out at www,trucklite.com
    A 2.5 amp draw on low beam Ac 4.5 draw on high beam..

    Maybe I should take a run up to Truck Lite, after work, just a 1/4 mile from where I work and see if they sell from them factory.

    That would be cool, especially if you could find out more info on the lights. I'd sure love to know how well they would work in our cars before I spent the money to get a set...if they will work. Do they have the same plug or would we have to modify? Would we need to install any type of relay? Is it a direct bolt in?

    Ray, I think those are just what we truckers call "chicken lights" [called that because of the reefer guys that haul frozen chickens and max out the chrome and lights on their trucks]. The new trucklite led headlight is just that, all led, no halogen bulbs, just led's. The only thing, the only trucks that come factory with 7" headlights now are certain Freightliner's. A lot of the Peterbilt guys convert theirs to the single 7" lights, but they no longer come from the factory that way. My International uses the large square bulbs. Maybe trucklite started out with the 7" round and then start making the other styles.

    Yep...the same people that were caught paying something like $2000 for claw hammers a while back on some Navy contracts. :(

    Well you guys bet me to it ..I call my local truck parts house and YES they are 500. bucks each I said holy sh!! your kidding he said no they list for 800. each . That out of my pocket book for now .. He told me to wait the price will come down when the LED side marker and tail lite can out they were 45.00 to 60.00 each now you can buy them for 15.00 to 20.00 or less ...

    Damn!!! I figured that price would at least be for a pair. :( Oh well...wasn't gonna buy them anyway.
