well figure i would let everyone see what i have to play with.

yeah it's a grabber. found mud (bondo) on the left front fender so i'm pretty sure it was wrecked and had a repaint. the factory paint is still on the bottom side and under the trunk.

here's the other part cars i can rob .....

...looks alot worse than it is? Hmm....I wish you well, my friend, that's a LOT of work to start at, but hey - bringing a dead one back is what it's all about. You got the dough and guts, go for the glory!!

I'd be more worried by what looks like a snake in the left side of the trunk!

Looks like the beginning of a nice project though. I know exactly where you're located, I have family in Covington VA.

Speaking of Covington, there was a blue Maverick 2 door on the side of a shop when I was there month before last.

Hell go for it, if you save another Maverick that makes me happy, the more the better. Just think when it's all done and your at a car show and you have that little book out of your Maverick from start to finish and the first pictures are the pictures of it in the forest, how cool will that be that people will see how far it has come from that to it sitting in front of them at a show.:jack::bigsmile:(y)

funny you say something about covington same guy that has my car at his place was just up there not long ago with his 68 fastback drag car at the show they do every year.

Looks like it's pretty much all there. That's a big plus to starting a car. Good luck with it.(y)
