well that kinda takes away everything that a grabber is so its not really gonna be worth that much more than any other mav. oh i forgot its a 70 so the hood is just gonna be like any other regular mav hood...

hows the body overall? pics would really help (y)

another thing to check is the cowl vent. pour a small bucket of water into the cowl vent and see if it drips onto the floor pan. if it does that is a hard fix but can be done. also if it drips inside that means the floor pan is probably rusty too.

also is it floorshift, auto or manual, v8 or 6 cylinder?

when you reply you dont have to send a message you can hit reply thats down towards the bottom of the page. :)

first off, v8's werent a factory option in 1970 but since somebody put it in there it will raise the price a little. hard to know without pictures but it sounds like it would be something like this car for sale. http://mmb.maverick.to/showthread.php?t=60911

he's asking 1,800 which is an awesome deal and should give you an idea of what the car your looking at is worth

Maybe you or he is confusing a pony maverick with a Stallion. There also is the Sprint.

Correct...the 76 Stallion Maverick is the only Maverick that ever had any reference to a horse of any kind. Here's a pic of mine:

    If it's a 76, possible.
