    Fuel Injection Now

My son and I are involved in the very process. We cannot tell you exactly how easy it is because we are still in the process. Admittedly not the easiest thing to do. We have started with a donor Mustang motor and pieced together a harness and computer. I thought we had a 88 - 93 computer and harness but found out ours is actually an 87 unit. A few more hurdles to jump but I believe that we will eventually get it.

Tip: You want a MAF Harness if at all possible... if you have a Speed Density set up and you are going to be modding the motor, it is likely that you will have more driveability concerns then if you would have kept the carb setup, unless you get it tuned

I believe that 87 is a SD harness... if im not mistaken

Yes, our 87 is an SD system. I thought I was buying a MAF. Nevermind, we will work with what we have. Right now we just plan to get it running. In the future with modifications to the motor we will upgrade to the newer MAF.

we are currently trying to come up with a way to do multiport injection on the 250. we're talking about using a 6cylinder jeep as our basis and its computer
