73 maverick in Ga

    Hey everyone, I'm a new member of a couple days. I have a 73 maverick with the original 302 that I've owned for about 10 years. I put it through many changes and managed to come up with a nice weekend cruiser. I removed the leaking P/S, installed a t5, disc brakes, redone the interior with tempo seats and center console and removed the vinyl top and the side trim. I also installed 71 style bumpers, grabber hood and spoiler. I could not have completed this car without the help from my dad who spent many a day on this car making it what it is today, and I thank him for it. I made him go to the first cruise-in with me and I'm glad he went cause we took the trophy home. This car is no show car, by any means, but it was nice to finally win something for our effort.

    Walthourville is just south of Hinesville. I actually live between Ludowici (yea the speed trap) and Walthourville but don't claim Ludowici because, well, it sucks. Walthourville is our responding fire dept. and when leaving my house, even to go to Ludowici, I go to Walthourville first because the paved road goes that way! Sounds bad, but its true.

    you would know why i am saying that if you only saw his car...
