This is the only turn signal I could find in town that had the driving light/turn signal combo (ie. 3 wires, 2 filament bulb) and was amber in color.

How does it look? All feedback is appreciated, even if negative.

    Any suggestions on location, etc?

At the least, I will be painting the white body black to hide it better.

I left the stock light on the driver side for comparison.

Another short video coming up with both lights on simultaneously. Hazards seem like they are stressing the flashers...:hmmm:

It looks good to me! but how does it look installed behind the grill? I mean, does it look almost as stock?
I guess you can't get better than that! If you like them up there.

It looks pretty good, until you open the hood, then you can see the big white light housing. That is why I am going to hit it with black spray paint, just to make it blend in with the engine bay and radiator shroud.

The wife really likes it, so I think I will finish this up, and if mo bettah looking lights show up, I may swap them out.

I think these just look too generic, but otherwise, the function I really like.

That's it! :thumbs2: by the way, with the hood shut or at 100 mph no one gives an a#$ for what kind of light you got there!

I think you need one of these, I noticed your flashing rate changes with the 4 way flashers on, you probably still have the old style flasher.

Yes, the four way kicked the flasher's butt. What is special about that red one?

As for moving it down, it would end up in the narrower area behind the grill and eventually touch the grill. I was trying to get it pretty even to level with the headlights.

Dave, if you want to hear birds, I can find his tree and just shoot several minutes of it for you! :D

After watching it again from down low, it might look a little better centered up and down in the grill. I may just drop it another half in and see what it looks like.

It DOES look a little off by being closer to the top of the grill.

I am done for today though. Housings are painted and drying, and I don't have any electrical connectors. Then going out to dinner and a movie later today, and busy trying on fan2488s wheels on my car tomorrow.

you can use up to 12 lamps 60-120 flashes per minute and 100 hours of continuous service. This flasher will fit in standard round sockets.

I have it in my car you can leave the 4 ways on for a long time never changes the rate not like the round ones that gets warm after a while and only blinks once in a while.

    It was just a suggestion!(y)

Actually, I drilled 2 holes in the housing, where there is an indentation and a deep post into the housing. Drilled two holes in the radiator support, and used a sheet-metal screw.

The driver side will need some sort of middle piece about half an inch thick, since the area where it mounts has an indentation.

Leave it to our cars to be completely asymetrical.
