Several things will build crank case pressure and force oil out the dipstick tube.
PCV valve not working (stuck shut) allowing crank case to pressurize
    PCV hose kinked/blocked
Bad piston ring seal allowing cylinder pressure to "Blow by" them and pressurize the crank case.
Too much oil in crank case (gets thrown around by the crank throwes)
    Good luck man.

how bad is it spiting oil // i had a little bit of oil coming out of mine so i put some RTV silicone in the end of the handle were it has the lip that wraps around the dipstick tube ? then let it dry over night ?and then pull it out and when you put it back in it will seal up and not spit oil ???

pull your pcv out an feel if it`s sucking on engine side. check oil before you start. Is there gas in it, fuel pump may be leaking. If over full drain all out an see if water, gas, or too much oil. All checks out do compression check for oil rings or a leak-down test. Ggod Luck

Both valve covers should be vented during a breakin process the rings arent seated yet so cylinder pressure that makes it past the rings has to be able to have a place to escape.

You should have the PCV hooked up and a VENTED cap, Gives you some vacuum too.

Gonna have to replace the freeze plug, if you have a radiator pressure gauge, watch your pressure on rad when you start up an run. Check the pressure on radiator cap and make sure it's working. Double check your oil for water and did you notice any steam coming out the exhaust?

Have you double checked your timing? breaking in a engine builds lots of heat,,,

Sounds like your head gaskets are facing the wrong way. Are you sure you have the 'Front' facing the front and not the rear?

Good thought here,,, I know on the cleveland you can feel the tab under the front of the head to double check before you rip head off. I bought a rebuilt one the guy gave me a heck of a deal on because he thought head was cracked,,, engine would make BANGING noise from the one gasket installed backwards.
