My dad sold his '71 Comet for $17,500 back in the summer of '02. The guy had been bugging him to buy it for several years, one day he finally just showed up with a wad of cash.. He owned a business and had more money then he knew what to do with.

I have sold a few Mav/Comets to members on this board. I don't see where it's anyones business but thiers to what they paid for them...

if the question was...what did you pay for your Mav/Comet? then it's up to the person that bought the car to give that information...:yup:

the guy that sold me his Maverick, sold it for...$50...

    ...:bouncy:...

I've given 'em away and I've sold 'em for profit. On average, I'm even.

71gold (Frank) has a major problem. He doesn't know to be anything but honest, totally honest, and nothing but honest without the ability to sugarcoat it. If you stink, he's gonna tell you that you stink not that you should consider changing brands of deodorant.
