    Well.....in one week I will be leaving for Hannibal, Missouri for the 17th Annual MCCI Roundup Nationals. This will be my 14th Roundup Nationals I have attended. I can't wait. It is like Christmas for me...but a Maverick Christmas in July!!

    I still have to reassemble my car...but I should have it all buttoned up by this weekend.

    I can't wait!!!

    where is next years national going to be held? hopefully by that time i will have vacation at work so i can go and my mav should be set by next year

    Which car are you taking this year Craig?? Are you trailering the OrangeGrabber or are you driving out in style in the 4 door? Or is there one I am not knowing about?

    It will be determined at the meeting at theis years Roundup Nationals...or shortly there after. It will be announced in the MCCI newsletter.

    I am trailering out the 4-door. I have made a few changes to the 4-door.

    All I can say, is there is nothing better than spending 4+ days with other people that love Mavericks & Comets as much as you do, it's like the parking lot at Darien Lake X 1000!!! We had an awesome time hanging out, looking at your car...
    But just imagine....maybe 5..to 10+ other guys that know these cars inside and out, even some that bought them brand new!! All Maverick all the time.
    Plus we drive around, with other Mavericks, not just one other guy you know, more.....I can't wait.
    I can call you...I have your number saved on my phone :D

    Sounds like one heck of a good time!!! Perhaps next year if I get the Sprint all sorted out, I will road trip it to one of the get togethers (yes I am that crazy) As for now gotta concentrate on getting my other Mav done. Keys in a fishbowl...Sounds like fun, I would love to see the faces on some of the participants when that goes down...LOL... You can call and rub it in Dave...I have thick skin...LOL...:p Hope you guys all have safe trips to and from and have a good time.

    Well....spent today starting to "wrap the presents" so to speak. I got all my interior back together, and starting cleaning on the car. Should get it cleaned up the rest of the way tomorrow.

    More scrambling to do tomorrow and Monday.
