    yeah, i went through a little rough patch and thought it might be a good solution to a temporary problem. still have the car and am still working to get her up and running.

    That's cool, would probably have to lose the star to make it work on a patch. And if the used the same silve/black threading simulate chrome emblem like they did on the Desert Maverick patch. desert_maverick_meet_oval_sample_1-6-11_original.jpg

    Glad to hear that you are hanging on to her (the car that is). Granted it is just a chunk of steel, but we put our hearts into them and we can never really get out of them what is invested.

    I can't wait to see yours Bryant, and Mo's as well! It looks like he's making some great progress. It's going to be fun seeing all the different flavors of Maverick and hopefully Comet! There is a question for you Ryan...are there any Comets confirmed??? I'm a Mercury guy from way back!

    Yeah, too much effort goes into building a Comet. Parts are harder to come by! My first car was a Mercury Cyclone, try finding parts for that one!
