Well I think the 73 Grabber has a battery all its own. I cant find specs on it anywhere. Anybody know where to get an OEM one? I only want to put original ford parts in my car. I dont know how this could happed, I mean I check the tire pressure every time I drive it so I thought that would keep things like this from happening. Do you think changing my oil would help? Maybe if I used synthetic it would help the battery last longer?

Oh crap...one of the little screws that fastens the center cap on one of my wheels has fallen off and I can't find it...anyone know how I can get this fixed by the 19th! I'm really pissed about this. I can't believe this has happened to me.

For real Gene? Maybe if Tony has his car finished in time he can help us out. Seems like he's good with wiring. Maybe you didnt have enough solder on the screw? I wouldnt drive it though if I was you. Dont want to take a chance of the wheel falling off. And the backfiring of the engine would be annoying. OHH Wait!. Yours is a six cylinder, i don't know if you will even be able to find a new screw for that. Maybe you can find one off a comet, they might be the same since they had the less powerful v8s anyways.

Check the phone book under professional laymen. I'm sure there is an entire section for that.

Hmm, that might be an idea Tony, I checked craigslist for professional men, and wow they are expensive and will only help if my wife is there. Now thats a strange business. I bet they could help with Genes screw though seems thats all they talk about. :rofl2:

For $500 I'd come over and jump the battery in your car today, since I'll be in Avondale this afternoon anyway. What are friends for anyway. Gotta go to Coyote Honda and look at a trike. :)

That's great Don...I'm sure Ryan will really appreciate it...he really needs the help and it sounds like a great offer. Now about the screws on my center caps...should I check Craiglist like Ryan did? It sounds like they might know alot about screws and stuff. I wonder if my wife will need to be home for that as well. That's really odd but they must know their business. Better to use a professional I always say.

Don are you bringing a welder with you? Tony said thts what I need to get it going. That would be extra nice of you. $500 is a good deal compared to what Ive seen batteries sell for, plus the install fee is expensive.

I would check it out Gene. Make sure you tell them you have a six, some of them got scared when I said I had a 8. And I'm not sure what my wifes breast size has to do with any of it but they keep asking.

Ummm, did it just go TOO FAR? :rofl2:  :hmmm:
