well the weather report does not look good for us. it is suposed to snow in the moutains that we have to cross to get there and they are predicting rain here fri to sun and rain there sat and sun. it is already raining here and its moving east. so mo and i have dicided that its not a good idea to drive out there.
im really bummed about it but would be even more bummed if something happened to our cars or us.
so for the possible fall meet, schedule it on a good weather weekend and also when there is test and tune at speedworld and we will be there.

HUH I see how it is around here, I have one busy day in a month and cannot get on the computer at work and its kick Adam in the pants day. LOL I see now!

NAh its alot more than a kick in the pants trust me, I spent almost 25 hours just last weekend making for the push to get it ready. I NEEDED it running by sunday night in order to make it, not running...

All this week I have prior plans and am averages leaving the house at 4am and not walking back through the door until after 7pm. No time to work on car :( or sleep :(

Fall meet is going to be here before we know it :) Car will be there in spirit first meet :)

I can tell you where just about every maverick is in the junkyards around here........................... Theres one 4 door at ecology:rofl2:

Other than that there is a nice selection of Mavs still at Desert Valley auto parts, cool ass place to look at old Iron just if your buying you need your check book and some KY jelly:cry:.

Its also up on the north side of town closer to the meet area we should meet up over there at a set time or something:drive:

Well, I am still planning on being there. If it's wet I'm not going to take it off the trailer (static demonstration only). Slicks+spool+rain=disaster. But like everyone has said it seldom rains here and when it does, it might not be valley wide. It's a bummer that we are going to miss the California guys, but I completely understand. We need to start planning the next one...how about the cruise on Central?!?

I've been there before as well...about 4 years ago when I was looking for a 5 lug 8 inch rearend. At that time they had several Mavericks but they wanted like $250 bucks for the rearend. :bs: I passed on that ridiculous price.

I just checked the 5 day forecast and of course the best chance for rain is on saturday. What are the adds of that on a random day we picked 3 months ago that it ends up being one of the very few days it rains here. I's almost reccomend we just wait a week but its so hard to get in contact with everybody that we would probably miss half the people that would show up on the 19th anyways and then have an even smaller turn out next week. I am totally bummed/pissed that the weather is screwing this up for us.

I agree..I am so pissed off. I will be going either way on the 19th, but what if we have another one next weekend too. Just a thought...
