I cannot for the life of me figure out why my maverick is having issues running correctly. My friend thinks it is my torque converter but I can tell that it is something that has to do with the fuel delivery. Does anyone know of any good shops around the Atlanta area that know how to work on old cars? I have called local shops but no one is willing to work on a car this old. The last place I took it to for the exhaust messed with my carb and caused me a number of issues. I haven't driven my maverick in almost a month and I am really getting frustrated I really need some help on this!!

Define "Atlanta" area as it applies here. I have a person in mind but I would need to call him to see what his schedule is right now. He's in Lawrenceville.

PM, Jamie Miles, and see if he can help. He'll be better with a Maverick than any shop. Plus, you have one of the largest group of Maverick ownersm in North America in that area.

I'm about 30 miles north. I've been buried in lately with work and home stuff , but I'll try to help you out if I can.
