I do not remember how much it was. It is a two piece line. As fas as a grommet. It is used. I just cleaned up a used one I had. If you need a used one....email me (see below). If that is for me.........THANK YOU!!
I'll let you know if I need a grommet Craig. I think Im going to see if a PCV valve grommet from the parts still work, might find one close enough in size. And your car is Awesome, even from below.
I used Stainless lines from The Right Stuff, on my green car, after a long discussion with the owner of the company, he insisted that I buy them, and if I wasn't happy, he'd refund my money 100%. I'm glad I did, and every car from now on will get them. I've been flaring tubing for over 20 years now, and stainless didn't seem difficult, but then again I have the tools.
THats right Dave, once I got the right tool it was pretty easy. Fought with the wrong tool on one flare for 2 hours. Borrowed the RIGHT tool and was done in 5 minutes.
I'd really like one of these: http://matcotools.com/catalog/product/AC71475/UNIV-HYDRAULIC-FLARING-TOOL-KT/
http://www.toolsdelivered.com/Maste...Automotive-Tubing-Tools-Flaring-Swaging-Tools It says Mastercool but they have the same numerical model number... what is the Mastercool - Matco relationship?
Mastercool is junk!! One of my wholesalers deals with it, I really hope it's not Matco. Everything we've bought Mastercool, is total crap!!
I searched it out, they don't seem to be related. Whatever we've bought, is a cheap knock off. One of the tubing cutters didn't make it through the day, I chucked it in the river, out behind where we were working......
