Hope this is the right place to post.

I've been thinking about parting out a mustang II I have. It has some ford v6 in there (not sure what kind). It has a 2150 motorcraft carb that I'm going to pull off. Anything else that might be worth parting out for use on a maverick (or in general). I think I could sell the emblems for $100 like everybody else is doing ha.

Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!!!

Lots of sellable parts. If the bumpers are in good shape they are not reproduced so guys are looking for them. The front suspention is worth money. Not much avalible for Mustang II's so any decent parts are worth money.

I really haven't looked. I can upload some pictures of it when I get home this evening. It originally came with a v6 and somebody swapped in a 6, so it might have a 9". not sure about the brakes or the suspension.Bumpers aren't the best but If somebody wants to put the time They might be salvageable.

That killer V-6 is likely what it left the factory with. Cute little buggers those 60 degree 6's, like you could just pluck it out and put it in your pocket.(y)

Best you could hope for stock is an 8" and it should have discs but they will not interchange with the Maverick.

Well the vin said v8 and it came with the v8 emblems on there so I'm guessing there was a v8 in there at one point or another. Or, somebody was trying hard to convince other people it had on. Enough to alter the vin ha

the third member of the rear end should be an 8". it may have a limited slip if it was a v8 car. might even have a decent gear ratio. you can put that third member into a maverick 8" housing.

The mav is gone but i'm still here!
Check the rear end for a tag, it should have numbers on it. If it has a 3.55 or lower I'd be interested in the gears.
