What did you do to your Maverick or Comet today

2/3 of a tank DAMN IT! thats a lot of gas for that little trip. see that mileage woulda been cheaper coming down the hill to my place

 

That little trip probably only used half a tank and the rest of the gas was used up by mashing the pedal at every opportunity.

 

Mavericks have small tanks..................right????????????
What rearend gears do you have...................I know mine gets at least 1 mile per gallon with 4:56's

 

I just have the stock gears for now.
1 mile per gallon...I guess I won't complain about 8/10.

 

Shot some primer. It's supposed to rain tomorrow so I had to rush the bodywork on some areas to get paint on

Yea just a little different. I ended up not using the pass door did you want the internals on it? I think I remember you said the inside of your windows were removed.

Maybe next year I'll put in lexan side glass......................

 

Removed my windshield last night, in preparation for vinyl top peel-back to repair bubbling that has happened under it. Cowl removal and dash removal are in my near future as well.

 

Paul did you get the moldings off ok? I'm getting ready to pull mine soon. I bought one of those retainer tools that looks like a hook or a claw on the end. I'm worried about damaging mine but I do have an extra set if I mess mine up.

 

I used the one that looks like an arrowhead. Take your time, and "feel" the molding and you will be fine.

 

I just dropped some aluminum panels of at Wards house in Kentucky that would have worked nicely! IMHO....
