it was great show today! lots of cars i have never seen in person before. i was honored to be parked right next to the car which was owned by the late legendary Gray Baskerville from Hot Rod Magazine as well as a bunch of Hot Rod Project Cars. all the other cover cars were in another hall but i was privileged to be put together with all the "Hot Rod" Project Cars. if you would like to see more photos check out about 90 plus photos i took check out this link here: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Maverick-Man-Carbon-Classic/109330679147844 hopefully you guys are on facebook.
Thanks for the great pics! I think my favorite was the '62 Comet convertible with the Coyote engine. I did not realize that the "AUTOLITE I" Mustang was still around. What a piece of history!
after leaving this show i followed about 20 to 25 cars out of the show. all of them i mean ALL of them drove out onto the street then right back into the back parking lot to put them back on the trailer! trailer queens! lol! yes that comet was a very nice car. same hall as mine. was told it was someones "girlfriends" car. lol! also first time i saw that Autolite mustang very cool! yes one of my favorites for sure! no MSD booth there? what's up! lol!
