That wasn't a judgement on her looks by any means. Kills me to see people sitting on a car like it's a park bench. :)

It's funny (Kenny btw)...I posted a picture of a Car Craft Street Nat's where in our hotel parking lot one of the guys is leaning on a Camero...I think it's his. At any rate I posted..."yeah I remember when we were allowed to lean against cars (without Levi 501 rivits) and the cars didn't fall apart.

She could have done ANYTHING she wanted to on my car back then!

It (the car lol) was actually in a lesser known car magazine called "Autobuff"...where the girls posed topless next to the cars.

    My favorite magazine. :)
    Cars name...

I have read every issue of that magazine from 1985 to 1988 (I think). My friends dad had a subscription for those years and kept them all, we suspected, so me and his son could find them and lust over the... headlights.

Welcome to the board! Mine isn't worth posting pictures of right now.

I HAVE THAT ISSUE DOWN STAIRS!!! I knew it looked familiar, that's not the girl in the mag though. It would take me awhile to dig it up but I think her name is Bambi or Brandi... A little more thought, the maverick with that was blue and gold, still I have the issue, the one with your car, downstairs.

Yeah I have a couple of issues laying around...sadly I couldn't make it out to the shoot (had to work) so my buddy took it. DEF was not the same girl. :) (Kristen in my pic)

Yeah I had it in Phoenix from 1975 till 1992....but I sold it in town and never saw it again, ever. Strange.

I was stationed out there and I may have seen it on Central Ave. How many parts on that thing came from Lopers or Super Shops? Nice car!!!

I held several virtual car shows a few years ago with winners getting virtual trophies under their username. [IMG]

If there is renewed interest, I will hold it again.

Something else cool about the pic is that there is a 64 Galaxie 500 parked up there on the left, my other favorite car, (was my first car and I have one again now).

Geeze really? lol Ward you may have been the only person to have ever seen the Galaxie in that picture. lol Nice catch...

Mine was 67 Comet or Fairlane.

Tanne yep I promise you if you were there then...I was on Central. We do a deal now in April and October one weekend cruise night there up and down...3,000 cars. Pretty cool. In fact my old club is going up there on our reunion night and there are rumors other clubs will be there...restart? :)

Actually...not a lot (but some) from Lopers, some from Super Shops...mostly second hand ($$)..ironically my best friend use to work at Lopers for a long while and I just made contact with Chris from Super Shops last week.

Lets see what else Ward can see in this picture...lol

Cruising Central was a sight to behold! Take to young men from podunk Washington and watch their eyes light up when they see it for the first time.
