I just purchased my first Maverick, a 13.000 mile, straight-six/auto. I also own a 63 1/2 Galaxie. Im not what you'd consider a Ford guy, I just keep findin'em. I'm not a brand-specific guy...I just love older cars.

Thanks for all the welcomes ! The first thing to come out of the wife's mouth is "...now we can both drive to the car-shows!". I am having a small quandary though...I think it's more valuable, being as low-millage as it is, but...the 10-30 cursing through my veins wants a bad-ass, hell-raising ride ! Not knowing the rarity of these cars lately, will I be destroying a small-piece of history, or can I go with the "gut" and have a fun ride? decisions,decisions !...lol

I'll take some tomorrow...had a wheel-cylinder blow out in the front. after long hours of searching, discovered that their not longer in existence (hose) so...switching to the mustang drum wheel-cylinders and hoses.sounds like fun!
