It is a V-8 Grabber with ported 69 Windsor heads, bigger hyd. cam, 4-BBL 650 Holly DP, on a twisted torquer single plane, C-4 (soon to be a 5-Speed) 9" rear with 3.70 posi. full length headders H-pipe and Flowmasters.
