'Nice Maverick. First order of business should be to black-out those headlight bezels. The gray looks terrible on any Maverick/Comet.

Thanks! Yes we are going to paint the bezels and the grille black and do the black on the hood similar to a Comet GT. We have had the car just a little over a week.

Honestly, I wouldn't paint the grill black. My grill is molded in black, not painted, and paint easily chips off of those plastic grills and is difficult to touch up.

Additionally, from a distance, it looks like a gaping black hole between the hood and bumper. With the gray grill, you'd see that there's an actual grill there. Some black park-lamp shrouds may look better than those chrome ones though.
