while we are on the subject of C is this a worthy block? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Aussie-351-Cleveland-block-Ford-351C-Mustang-Torino_W0QQitemZ280049511328QQihZ018QQcategoryZ33613QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
I don't want to get too far off subject, but... Why doesn't someone make a Cleveland intake to retrofit factory style EFI??? Basically a Ford style lower for a C... Maybe using the GT40 style ports. With all the C stuff trickling into the market, something like this would only be that much better. Folks could basically slip the 5.0 or 5.8 block and heads out from under their modded stock EFI, and slip a Cleveland right back in it's place. Plug and play. I know the Pantera crowd will eat it up! They have been milling, drilling, and welding 5.8 lowers so they somewhat fit their Clevelands, all in order to get stock style EFI into their cars. Just a thought. Dave
you could take that and tap for the injectors , run some sort of elblow with a throttle body. But that would be great idea, if someone could make it work.
It was a rehtorical (sp) question... I know they won't R&D something like that for my dreamin' and 3 Pantera owners that might buy it.
I know.....a decent, long runner EFI manifold for the four barrel heads would be a killer deal. It would help solve the low speed velocity problems with the 4V ports and still have plenty of high rpm power.
