Hey everybody i am putting in a new clutch in my 70' so does anybody have a brand or like the problems they ran into that i could avoid or anyhting related would br great thanks guys and gals.
coming from a 5.0 backround, which may or may not apply --ford racing clutch --sped clutches --centerforce but you would have to see if they have them for your applications. Those are my three favorites in order for the t-5
heheheh....sped clutches (i know, finger slipped...just thought it was funny). Actually i don't think there's a whole lot of different brands available. Autozone sells Cumberland and i've heard bad things about them...just about everything else is made by Valeo. They make pretty good clutches and you can get them for just about any application--in fact, they even make pressure plate for the Ford Motorsport and Ram HD!
Valeo is a good brand, i've got a Valeo clutch in my 71, a little while back I bought a new Valeo Preasure Plate from Kragen, probably bout the best you're gonna find unless you go with a performance clutch but those can be pretty pricey.
