With my trans already removed/rebuilt, I'll be working on pulling the engine out tomorrow. I purchased a lifting plate for the manifold. My question is are the manifold/carburator studs/nuts strong enough for the weight? Or do I need to place 4 equal treaded bolts instead?

Use Grade 8 Bolts ... not carb studs ...
