ok. i'm having prblem here and can't figure it out. maybe somebody can help me. when i slam the pedel to the metal my 74 comet goes clug, clug then finally gets going. i thought it was a the carb so i replace it. still doing it. i wonder if the the floats are stuck or my fuel pump is bad. it sounds like it has some air gaps and it staving from fuel. misfit russ
