header help

    wanting to put full exhaust on the 76 this spring , just wondering what headers would fit , according to summit there are none for the car that directly fit , is this due to smog? would headers for like a 73 fit fine?

    1972 Maverick Grabber - Color: Orange Also, 1976 Ford Maverick 4-door, 1977 Mercury Comet 2-door.
    Yes....any header that will fit a 1973 will fit a 1976. Probably smog is the reason they say they won't fit.
