hey guys, need some help here. Every now and then when I'm cruising along in my 71 maverick I will get up to about 60 and it just will not let me go any faster and it starts like jerking forward and it kicks me down to like 50 then starts doing it again when I try to speed up from there and drops me down and starts jerking again. This continues till I let it slow way down and let off the gas completely. So could it be the carb needs adjusting or is something else? Thanks, Jakob
ok I'll check them when I get time later. And no I have not so what would I be looking for in the filters for signs of a rusty tank?
