Hello, fellow Maverick and Comet enthusiasts.

Sorry in advance, if I am posting in the wrong place, I'm an internet rookie.
(I will delete this, if this is the case.)

I have a quick questions about selling my 1974 Comet.

What is the best place to sell?
    Ebay motors, Craigslist?
    Maybe someplace else I'm forgetting.

I live in the Washington DC but the car is from NM and runs well.

Thanks for any help or information.
    -Nance

Have pictures of the car? Any rust issues?

Id say try locally with Kijiji, Craiglists, Used *insert city name here* etc...

As well as a post in the Classifieds on this forum.

    Then if that fails, EBay.

Good luck with the sale man, for the most part, If someone wants a comet, theyre on this site :D

Is the car a 2 door or 4 door?

Is it a V8 or 6 cylinder car?

    Is it a Comet GT?

I would be interested in a link to pictures or information. I live about 3 1/2 hours from Washington, DC.

Its a 4Dr, late models. Pics look good, lemme try to post them.

Cant post pictures, but its a 4DR big bumper, seems straight and no visual rust from the pictures in the wheel wells. Looks orignal, possibly a straight six 250. Has small ding on pass side door(s).

    Probably 1500-2000$
