    Most headers for a sbf have 3" collectors, you need a 3" to 2.5" reducer. I'm also assuming these are long tubes? Shorties may have a different size collector, not sure.

    diameter = circumference / pi

    Wrap a string around the pipe, mark the total length. Measure the length of the string marks and divide that by 3.14. The thickness of the pipe will be negligible relative to your result. Your answer will either be closer to 2.5 or 3, and give you the diameter of the pipe/collector.

    Measure the circumference of the collector then divide by 3.1416 (Pi) That'll get you close. If they're long tubes, they're probably 3". Some are 3-1/2. Shortys are mostly 2-1/2'
