Hi everyone. My name is Mike and I have a 1971 Maverick Grabber. I've owned my Maverick for 18yrs now. My dad bought it for me and was my first car. We worked tirelessly on the "Mav" for a few years to get it nice enough where I wasn't ashamed to drive it. Lol. I left for the Navy and it sat on and off for 11 years. The last time I drove it was the summer of 2005 when I made a round trip to Pensacola FL. Not many cars would be able to do that drive after sitting for 5 yrs. I parked it and it sat for another 8.5yrs. A couple of days ago I put a new battery on it. Changed a dry rotted fuel line and it started right up. Below are a few pics.

Really would like to upload pics... tried using photobucket but for some reason it's not posting.
