After having to sell my maverick 3 years ago the wife has giving me the green flag to buy another one. So far not many in my area that I want. A couple of big bumpers but I want a small bumper v8 rolling chassis. My bank is helping me fund the project with my escrow  wife did tell me the project cant go over $15000. I should have the funds in late April early may. I cant wait

    Welcome back.

Sounds like you have the proper fishing gear to make a great catch.

you can definitely do alot with that kinda budget.
if you spread that out all over the car it would be a super nice car
you could pick up a solid car between $4 and $6k then you have around $10k to spend to make it your own.

I never really had a budget except whatever money I could spend on it when I had money now IM WAY past what I ever dreamed of spending lol

you could buy a completed car around 10k and add some little touches to make it yours so you should be able to put together a super nice car.
good luck finding the right car to start with

If i can find a maverick with the mustang 2 suspension conversion already in that would be 1000 times better since I will need all the space under the hood.
I never had this budget either I tried making my first maverick my dd while building it but never had money to keep it going so now i plan to buy everything all at once and build it like that.

Thanks I been searching for all day for Mustang 2 swaps and engine options i kinda fell in love with kaase boss 9 heads so i might be looking into doing a 460. hoping i can make the budget stretch enough to do it. Also still reading up on fitment issues for the 460 on kaase website the motor will be 29 inches valve cover to valve cover.
