hi all,i had to drain my C4 and now i can't remember which ATF i put in last time i filled it. it was either Type F or Dexron III/M. i'd like to refill it with Type F. if it had the Dexron in it is this going to cause a problem?thanks.
I'd drain the Dexron out of there simply because the clutch material is not designed for it. I know it does not hurt to mix Dexron and Type-F in GM transmissions.
