351w camshaft into a older 302? Help please

    Yeah,I agree,being as you`re going to go through the headache of changing your cam,you want to get a little zip out of it.

    Weren't the 82-84 HO flat tappet carb motors, and if so, I didn't think they went to the HO/351 firing order until 85 when they went to a roller block. Firing order being the easiest to take care of, he shouldn't have to worry about upgrading anything to put this cam in an older block.
