Im looking to improve the horse power on my 1977 maverick. Straight 6 200ci. Im new to this and just learning. The car was garaged for 12 years and I am just now restoring it. Also being that it has been sitting for so long what else should i do to it??

Well I've done a lot of research on it because I was going to beef up my 250, but the way I wanted to was too expensive for my budget. Almost anything you could want is available from www.classicinlines.com.

If you want some bolt on parts that'll boost your performance, try headers, electronic ignition swap, and 2v carb upgrade. Those will help wake the motor up. They've also got engine rebuild kits if you want to go that far.
