I ask some of this in another thread but thought I would post anew as I have several questions, here we go: We are currently running Magnaflow's with end dump just over rear axle, nice at idle way too loud under WOT, what is a good muffler that isn't so loud under hard acceleration but doesn't restrict flow, want to extend out the back and saw a valance with pipes going through half moon cut out of valance, where does one get that valance?
Also has anyone utilized the cut outs with or without the in cab lever to open them?
And lastly has anyone installed the flame throwers, I would love to put those on my kiddo's car as a surprise, he would absolutely flip BUT I want to make sure they are safe and don't harm anything, I'm sure letting raw fuel through can't be real healthy, input?

Once you put full pipe on that car those magnaflows will quiet down alot and as for the valance you can buy a repoped one at cj ponys, they are the 69-70 rear mustang valance i believe.

I agree on the full pipe comment. I have Magnaflows on my car and the sound is just right. Not too loud.

As far as the flamethrowers.....I have yet to ever see a car that had flamethrowers that also didn't have scorched paint or melted tail-lights.

Yes others had already mentioned that running the pipes out will quiet it down, I had forgot that, and well I guess that will be the end of the flame thrower idea

I have flow master 50 deltaflow series, duals, headers on the wagon. Nice sound. Not too loud, but a nice sound. I'm sure in a motor like yours would sound even better
