so I got my brother to buy a 1971 4 door maverick. It is a fairly nice car that is never been really messed with and has 81000 original miles on it. we are going to do a few things to it and he's going to use the car as a daily driver. he knows what it's going to take to keep it up and running as a daily. it sat in the garage for the last 20 something years. The car was bought brand new in 1971 by the aunt of the guy who owns it now. In 74 the aunt bought a brand new mustang 2. She then gave the car to her sister who drove it until the day she died. Her parents didn't know what to do with the car so the parked it in their garage. Well they passed away and the first owner lived in the house until she died a few years ago. Well the current owner's cousin moved into the house and his wife wanted the car out of the garage. So he drug it out and parked it on the side of his house. He said that his aunt was the typical little old lady that only drove it back and forth from church.
