I would say install a vaporworx kit with camaro/vette pump or aeromotive phantom kit
Both will address fuel slosh and pump captivation

on my 70 modified the tank with pump inside. but never installed a baffle so left turns suck. anyway tired of the slosh issue so I just bought a 20gal aluminum fuel cell thats in the mail and im buying an aeromotive pump from summit and be done with it.
