    A milestone in deed!!! Congrats!!

Last one I turned to 100K was a '93 Grand Marquis, everything else around here is in the 60K mi range(Comet & two Grand Marquis) or closer to 200K mi(already over 100K when I bought them)...

Oh wait the '69 Has 107K mi, prob flipped 100k 12-15 years ago...

    EDIT

Bawhaah, I was wrong on that one!! Flipped 100K mi summer '93, put around 3K mi on it from Oct '92 till 'Oct '93, the inspection receipt shows 00445 mi... Was driven to OH & PA in June for a FCA meet(I won 1st place in the '69-'71 Cobra class)...

I've put 32k on her, lots of fun but at some point I'd like to retire her daily duties!

Yeah they take a beating as a daily, best thing one can do is garage it and drive it on nice days...

The ones with red tenth indicator are replacement units, factory ones are always black...

factory replacements? why would it need to be replaced?

I didn't know that - so the mileage isn't correct?

I dunno about mileage, the installer(dealer, independent garage, shade tree mechanic, etc) , may have reset the new one to match orig mileage, though I'm not sure of the legality...

The one in a old Dodge A100 work van I used had to be replaced, the new one started at 00000 and had the red tenths indicator... That thing had like 90K miles when the orig failed...
