Are these cars really getting this valueable or are people just paying too much for them. it's come to the point where everybody with a damned parts car thinks it's worth a mint so parts are astronomical. Grr... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=4520127202&category=6057
i think it's underpriced. after all you also get small dings, some rust spots and a custom key job on the paint.
Especially when you have a car for sale like this. In my opinion, this is underpriced. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=4519839405&category=6057
Look up Mustangs on e-bay and compare the prices to Mavericks. Maverick prices have gone up but nothing like Mustangs or other more popular cars. The classic car hobby is more popular thanks to all the new shows on television that restore them. Just my opinion.
I realize I haven't been "in" this long enough to really have an opinion, but at this point, I'd have to say that they are worth what people are willing to pay... Link You might note the MO transit tag -- I took that shot about 4 hours ago... (The car behind is not mine, it just happens to have been parked behind the Mav... ) Your mileage may vary...
Nice looking car Ghost. everyone on here has a worthy opinion. How long you've been hanging around doesn't matter.
The transit thing means I just bought it in another state and brought it home. (only licensed "in transit" -- kinda like a "temp tag" on a new car). Yes, that was Mark's car. He did a wonderful job on the car...
Thank you. I just realize I haven't been on the forum or playing with Maverick's that long. I just decided I wanted something that I could recognize "some" of the parts when I raised the hood. I've had two new forced induction vehicles before being lucky enough to get Mark's car, so it's a new world for me.
