I was thinking about the post trying to work out how many Mavericks and Comets are still on the go. I live in the UK and have not seen another Maverick in the flesh here in the UK and have not seen any for sale for a couple of years. I know there was one member based in England who had one which he raced, but I haven't seen him post for a long time. Any other UK owners on here, any ideas of numbers in the country? Caroline
Caroline, you're referring to Phil - I met him roughly two years ago in Aachen. Haven't read that much from him on here since then. I'm following the board pretty closely. Can't think of any recent UK members who signed in in the last few years. Is your car up and running? Post some pics!
Hi Tody, I thought his name was Phil, but I couldn't any recent posts from him! I know that when I was buying my car 5 years ago, there were three Mavericks for sale and I think there have been two since then, one that Phil bought. Car has had a few years in the barn, but working hard to fix an electrical gremlin so I can get it out and about this show season. I'll pop some pictures up when I'm on the laptop.
