I need opinions on this setup?Guy up the street bought this kit and a cross member for a 62 Falcon. He sold the falcon so selling it. Will it work on my 71? I assume the cross member won't work beings he bought for falcon, but what about the IFS itself. They are new and still in box. FB_IMG_1434799972237.jpg

Speedway is known for buying really good products on the market today, then having copies made in China. Quality is usually very poor. Some of it may be fine, but I'm not sure I would trust my life to something as critical as suspension products just to save a few bucks.

    That's just me though.

Also got to thinking it says Dropped Spindles, wonder how much drop... want to stay pretty close to stock height, just didn't know if I got kit and cross member for around a thousand if it's worth it assuming I would have to sell cross member for falcon and get one for maverick?

I'm sure there are drop spindles being used successfully on our cars but I have also seen a lot that were tried and then were removed for standard spindles because the drop was too great for the street conditions
