Someone I know has just upgraded their box mustang and have their old 302 with whole 5 speed setup w/ clutch and stuff for sale... He wants 500 for it. Is this a decent price or anything? If it good I will get it when taxes come back but if not then I'm going to pass...

90 it has EFI on it right now. I just found out he got the whole car with it and if i want any of the seats then I can have them as well.. there i 6k on the motor right now after being rebuilt with little work.
Just talked to him again and he has motor and stuff down at his farm here but he going away for a month to work due to ice storms and stuff.. Gotta fix them power lines so when he gets back or maybe before I will have it. If i do end up getting it i'll let you know.
